INTRODUCTION

The Hall of Justice was formed the 29th of June 2004, and was founded by: C1RCU1T BREAKER, Phantom Eyes, King of Flames and Decius Mus. The Hall of Justice's initial intentions were for a supergroup of family and friends, but little did we know how much the supergroup would grow and extend its door to other players on the Victory Server. In less than a month of existence, the Hall of Justice (HOJ) had grown and extended its family values to all members as well as all other players in the server.
